12-Mil Reinforced Vapor Barrier: Built for Foot Traffic
Most crawl spaces get visited: plumbers, termite inspectors, cable installers. Thin plastic tears under knees and tools, and every tear lets moisture through. This 12-mil liner has an embedded string reinforcement grid, so a puncture stays a puncture instead of becoming a long rip. It’s the ground cover we use most often under raised-foundation homes across Los Angeles and Pasadena.

Where to Use It
- Vented crawl spaces with regular service access.
- Partial encapsulation (floor and lower walls).
- Crawl spaces with rocky or uneven soil.
Installation Tips
- Overlap seams 6 to 12 inches and seal with vapor barrier tape.
- Wrap piers and run the liner up foundation walls.
- Fix drainage and plumbing leaks first; a liner won’t solve standing water.
